Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the event of a damaged or incorrect product.
2.A comprehensive unboxing video must be recorded, covering a 360-degree view from the initial package opening without any breaks, pauses, or edits, to address any concerns.
3. The shipping costs for returning the product will be your responsibility.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, an email notification will be sent confirming its arrival, and a store credit in the form of a coupon code will be issued for future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not provided.
4. Please be aware that items listed under the Offer Product/Clearance SALE section are ineligible for exchange or return.
DAMAGES:
1. In exceedingly rare instances, the earring stems might bend, and beads or stones could become dislodged during transit. Such occurrences are easily remedied with glue and will not warrant an exchange or refund.
2. The absence or displacement of a single stone or two stones, as well as a single pearl or two pearls, upon delivery, will not qualify for replacement.
3. Prior to placing an order, please ensure you are thoroughly acquainted with the product specifications. Once the product is received in satisfactory condition, requests for returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or suitability will not be accommodated.

Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
