1) Payment Options / Charges

We accept both online prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) options for orders within India.

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • COD Orders: A ₹125 shipping & cash-handling charge applies.

  • For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, a 5% deduction will be applied if a bank refund is requested (to cover payment gateway charges). Alternatively, you may opt for a 100% value coupon code.

  • If the amount is deducted and order confirmation is not received, please contact us before reordering. Reorders without confirmation will incur a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges.


2) Shipping Locations / Timeline / Charges

  • Within India:

    • We ship all over India.

    • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days.

    • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

    • Free shipping for prepaid orders.

    • ₹125 charge for COD orders.

    • A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for delivery due to OTP-based verification by logistics partners.

3) Exchange Possibility and Timeline

We do not currently offer product exchanges.

However, you can return a product and receive a coupon code equivalent to the product’s value, which can be used for your next purchase. The code will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.


4) Return Possibility and Timeline

Yes, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

  • Initiate Return: Email us at support@stylewithavighna.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Approval & Return Shipping: After approval, ship the product back within 5 days.

  • Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.

  • Product must be in unused condition with original packaging.

  • Once received and quality-checked, a coupon code equal to the product value will be issued within 3 working days.

  • No bank refunds are offered – refunds are only in the form of coupon codes.


5) Quality and Damaged Product if Any

Every order goes through a 3-Level Quality Check before shipping.

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Step 1: Email us at support@stylewithavighna.com within 48 hours, with an unboxing video or clear photos and order details.

  • Step 2: If eligible, we will arrange a free reverse pickup (for Indian orders).

  • Step 3: After quality check, you’ll receive either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A coupon code for the product’s value (valid for 1 year).

No monetary refund will be given in damage-related cases.


6) Warranty / Care Tips

  • We currently do not offer product warranties.

  • To ensure long-lasting quality:

    • Store fashion products in a cool, dry place.

    • Avoid exposure to moisture or harsh chemicals (especially for imitation jewellery).

    • Handle all items with care to prevent any physical damage.

  • Damaged or used items returned without original packaging will not be eligible for refunds and can be returned to the customer at an additional ₹125 shipping cost.
