No worries at all – we completely understand! Sometimes, a fashion product may not feel right after it arrives, and that’s perfectly okay.

At Style With Avighna, we respect your decision and never want you to regret a purchase. Your money matters, and we don’t want it spent on something you won’t use.

That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy. Simply return the product, and we’ll issue you a coupon code equal to the product’s value – ready for you to use on your next purchase.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@stylewithavighna.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. Include the product name and a clear image in your email.

A comprehensive unboxing video must be recorded, covering a 360-degree view from the initial package opening without any breaks, pauses, or edits, to address any concerns.

Once we review and approve your return request, we will guide you through the next steps.

How to Return

After receiving our approval, please ship the product(s) back to us within 5 days of confirmation. Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Carefully place the product back in the box or packaging it came in.

  • The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

  • Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us once the product is shipped.

  • We will not be able to issue a refund coupon if the product is damaged or returned without its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned package, we will notify you within 24-48 hours. After a thorough quality check, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned product, as per our Refund Policy.

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued only in the form of a one-time-use coupon code. This coupon code will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and can be applied on any future purchase. Please note, once used, the coupon cannot be reused or transferred to another order.


Applicable Deductions

  • A ₹250 deduction will be applicable for prepaid orders that are not accepted and returned to our warehouse. This covers both forward and reverse shipping costs. The remaining amount will be issued as a coupon code via email.

  • No bank refunds or transfers will be made for undelivered or returned packages. Refunds are applicable only as coupon codes.

  • If a refund coupon from a previous order is applied to a new order and the new order is not accepted, the coupon code will expire and cannot be reused. Please ensure you accept all orders, whether prepaid or COD, placed using a coupon code.

  • For online prepaid payments where the amount is deducted but order confirmation isn’t received, kindly contact us before placing another order. If a new order is placed without confirmation, 5% will be deducted as payment gateway charges from the transaction amount.

  • In cases where shipping charges were waived under any promotional offer, ₹125 will be deducted towards shipping during refund processing.

  • If a customer uses a refund coupon code to place an order and then returns it, they will be eligible for a maximum of two refund coupon codes linked to the original purchase.

  • If more than two orders are placed using refund codes and are returned, ₹125 will be deducted from each order where free shipping was applied.

Token Amount Refund (For COD Orders)

  • Token amounts are non-refundable if a COD order is not accepted or cancelled by the customer, or returned to our warehouse for any reason. A ₹250 deduction will be applicable for the two-way shipping.

  • If the token amount paid is more than ₹250, the excess will be refunded as a coupon code as per our policy and shared via email.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • All products purchased from Style With Avighna are eligible for return in exchange for a coupon code not bank transfers will be done, subject to meeting the following conditions:

    • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging.

    • Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    • The returned product must reach us within 5 days of approval.

    • Products that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

    • Such ineligible items can be returned to the customer at an additional shipping cost of ₹125, or collected in person from our warehouse.

  • All our products go through stringent quality checks before shipping. Refunds will not be processed if you don't get back to us within 48hrs from the time the order has been received.

 

Refund Timeline

  • Coupon codes will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned product or cancellation confirmation.

  • Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Orders placed using a refund coupon cannot be combined with any additional offer codes.


In Case of Damaged Product Received

At Style With Avighna, we conduct a 3-Level Quality Check before dispatch and pack your orders with care. However, in rare cases where damage occurs during transit:

Step 1: Report within 48 Hours

  • Record an unboxing video or take clear photos of the damaged item.

  • Email us at support@stylewithavighna.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including the visual proof and your order details. Our support team will respond within 48 hours.

Step 2: Reverse Pickup (For Indian Orders Only)

  • If eligible, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost.

  • The pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Please keep the product ready for pickup. Missed pickups will be cancelled, and you will need to ship the product back at your own cost.

Step 3: Resolution

  • Once we receive the product and complete a quality check, we will:

    • Ship a replacement, depending on availability, OR

    • Issue a full refund coupon code equal to the product value, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Note: No monetary refund will be provided for damage-related cases. Only replacements or coupon code refunds are offered.


 

Order Cancellation Policy

We begin processing your order within 2 hours of placement.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you for confirmation before dispatch.

  • For Prepaid orders, if cancelled before shipping, you can choose to receive your refund either as:

    • A refund coupon code (no deduction), or

    • A refund to your original payment method (5% deduction will apply to cover payment gateway charges).

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
